The deadline to submit abstracts for the 2017 Mid-Atlantic Water Resources Conference has been extended to June 1, 2017.
The 2017 Mid-Atlantic Water Resources Conference will take place October 12-13, 2017 at the National Conservation Training Center in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. The theme for the event is “Water Research: Building Knowledge and Innovative Solutions”.
Researchers from colleges and universities, state and federal agencies, private organizations, consulting firms, industry and students are invited to submit abstracts for consideration for oral and poster presentation.
Abstract Submission DetailsAbstracts must include sufficient content and information for adequate evaluation by the Conference Planning Committee. The Planning Committee reserves the right to accept, place in oral or poster session, or reject the paper. Abstracts are to be submitted via the conference website here. The abstract submission deadline is Thursday, June 1, 2017.
By June 15, 2017 the Conference Planning Committee will inform submitting authors of their paper’s status. For those that submitted abstracts before the March 27 deadline, you will be notified by May 1 on the status of your paper. An Author’s Guide will be provided to authors whose abstracts have been accepted. This guide will provide information necessary for presenting orally or by poster at the Conference.
